- Existing insured employees – obligated by employer
- New employees – Obligated by employer, including tax exemption
- Spouses & kids up to 25 YRS – Voluntary. Must fill relevant form to join
- Kids over 25 YRS – voluntary. Must fill relevant form to join
- Joining period without health declaration: New employees, family members (spouse & kids up to 25 yrs old) will be able to join up to 90 days from starting date. After this period, full health declaration must be filled to join the policy.
